• Prepare questions: Write down any questions you have ahead of time to make sure you get the answers you need.

Please note we do run an appointment system, which helps things run smoothly while allowing us ample time with each client. If you’re going to be late or cancel, we value you contacting us to let us know.

We understand things happen, but give us a courtesy call. We don’t charge you for not turning up, and you’ll be doing our vets and other clients a great favor for simply letting us know.
